Darul Qur'an As-Syifaa' lahir dari kesedaran bahawa masyarakat Melayu/Islam di Singapura mampu menyinari landskap dakwah di Inobonto 1, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow, Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia dengan menyalurkan dana berupa wakaf, sedekah, infak dan derma ikhlas. Bermula dengan Wakaf Sumur, Warung Makan Wakaf Singapur (Rumah Makan Anisa), Taman Pengajian Darul Qur'an As-Syifaa' dan kini Dana Perolehan Bangunan Pesantren Darul Qur'an As-Syifaa'
